The Dracula's Gold Coast Menu: What You Eat, What You Drink, What It Costs
Dracula's Gold Coast menu: a set entree and dessert with a choice of four mains, vegan and gluten-free options, and drinks from A$5 to A$26, as of October 2026.
Dinner at Dracula’s is a set three-course meal included in every ticket: a set entrée and dessert with a choice of main, from a seasonal menu. On the September 2026 menu that meant a three-cheese soufflé, a choice of beef short rib, barramundi, roast chicken or a pesto pasta, and the house chocolate coffin for dessert. Drinks are extra, bought at bar prices from your table, except the glass of sparkling wine that comes with an A Reserve ticket.

The food menu (September 2026)
The menu changes with the season, so dishes rotate; this is the version the venue published for September 2026.
- Entrée: twice-baked three-cheese soufflé with watercress, crème fraîche, rocket, buttermilk dressing and lardons.
- Main, choose one:
- BBQ-glazed beef short rib with potato gratin, green beans and bourbon BBQ sauce
- Barramundi (marked as imported) with steamed jasmine rice, pak choy and a lemongrass and ginger broth
- Roast chicken supreme with hasselback potato, broccolini and chicken gravy
- Basil pesto cavatelli with cherry tomatoes and pangrattato
- Dessert: the signature chocolate coffin, with raspberry rose cheesecake, freeze-dried cherries and raspberry sauce.
The venue describes the meal as made with locally sourced Australian produce, and the menu warns that all foods may contain traces of nuts. The drinks menu notes that main meals are ordered through your waiter.
Dietary requirements
The kitchen caters for these diets when it is told in advance:
- vegetarian and vegan
- pescatarian
- gluten free and coeliac
- dairy free, nut free and egg free
Because the meal is a set banquet, other requirements cannot be met. Tell the box office when you book; if you book through GetYourGuide, call the box office on (07) 5563 4900 with the booking name afterwards so the kitchen knows before the night. Of the September mains, the pesto cavatelli is the meat-free one.
The drinks menu (August 2026)
Drinks are not in the ticket. The bar opens with the doors, and while you wait to go in, the venue’s Blood Bank bar serves. At the table, you order by scanning a QR code. Prices on the Abyss drinks menu, August 2026:
| Drink | Price |
|---|---|
| Cocktails | A$24 to A$26 |
| Blood Bag cocktail (vodka, peach, strawberry, watermelon, apple, cranberry) | A$25 |
| Mocktails, including the Plasma Bag | A$16 |
| Wine by the glass | A$12 to A$15 |
| Beer, by the bottle | A$8 to A$13 |
| Spirits, single | A$12 to A$14 |
| Shots | A$14, or A$20 in a souvenir shot glass |
| Soft drink / juice | A$5 / A$6 |
| Souvenir glass with a cocktail | add A$16 |
Prices checked in October 2026. Groups of 12 or more can arrange a drinks package; smaller groups can open a pre-paid bar tab on the night. A glass of sparkling wine on arrival is included with A Reserve only.
Budgeting the night
A B Reserve ticket covers food and the show. Two cocktails a person adds about A$50, so for a couple on a Friday at the venue’s prices, the night comes to roughly A$270 for tickets plus A$100 for four cocktails. Choosing wine or beer instead brings the drinks to about half that.
Birthday cakes
You can buy a cake from the venue with at least three business days’ notice, A$38 to A$95 depending on size, or bring your own; ice-cream cakes are not allowed.
